It is said that the rise and fall of a company depends on the executive' teamwork. All good and strong companies have an aspect in common: the manager is earnestly thinking about the enterprise and management, and makes important decisions about them and takes action.

It is difficult even for the most capable executives who know their company well, to be able to ascertain their companies' strong and weak points from an objective view point.
